Pop of Color

First I want really apologize for my lack of posts, since moving into our new place the internet is so slow. I swear it's turtle slow and its so annoying having to wait a min or two just for a page to load. I'm hoping we can find a faster internet service, soon.

I want to share my nails of the week which is a nude manicure with a pop of color. I used OPI Tickle My France-y, which is my favorite nude polish color. Used China Glaze Sunday Funday for a pop of color.

This Weeks Makeup Looks

This week at work I've actually been trying to use other colors with browns than just doing my normal pure brown eyeshadows. I still did use brown in my crease but hey let's start off with baby steps. Here are some of the pictures that I've been posting on Instagram.

Hello Spring & Happy Birthday to Me!!

Why hello spring and I can't believe how fast my birthday came, its only tomorrow but still, it came very fast. About two years ago when I got more into makeup than what I already was I did a look using pinks and purples. I liked the way came out at the time but I wanted to improve it. I must say I like the look a lot more! I think the colors I used are good enough to use during this spring season.

Everyday Makeup

Quick post just share with you how I do my everyday makeup. I use browns for my everyday look it pretty much comes easy and natural to me to reach for these colors when getting ready for work.

I use the 88 matte palette and the Wet n Wild Vanity palette (makes me sad they discontinued their 6 palette eyeshadows). Here are the pictures with the eyeshadows I used numbered.

NYX Slim Eye Pencils

Stopped by Ulta to look at some of the NYX eyeliners. Usually when I do my makeup its simple using browns because it just comes natural to me, but at the same time it can tend to get a bit boring. Looking at other blogs and beauty websites I've noticed how girls have using color eyeliners when doing a natural look to give some color. So here I picked up 3 of Nyx's Slim Eye Pencil.

Thanksgiving Weekend

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! My weekend start as soon as I got out of work on Wednesday at noon, which was my hubby's 30th birthday! We went to his parents house for dinner and cake. I bought my hubby an ice cream cake which is his favorite.
