Hi everyone! I wanted to do a quick post showing you my NOTW (Nails of the Week). Now that spring is here I'm so glad that I can use my pastels and bright color polishes. I try to do the gradient nail design but I just can't master it, so for now all I can do is try :) I am pretty happy with the way my nails came out and I love colors! This week I used Sinful Colors Candy Coated, Sugar Rush and Cotton Candy and top it off with Orly Shine On Crazy Diamond. Here are a few pictures of my nails with and without flash.

Thanksgiving Nails
Hello and I hope you all had a great weekend!! So are you all looking forward to Thanksgiving? I know I am! For the past 5 years I've been making the Thanksgiving dinner for my family and I enjoy it very much. So what is your favorite part of Thanksgiving dinner? Mine is the cranberry sauce, not from the can but homemade. I love all other stuff that's tied in with the dinner but I can't have it without my cranberry sauce.
Ok, so on to my Thanksgiving nails and here is what I did for my design
Fall Nails and Winner
Hope you are all having a great weekend! So I haven't posted anything for about a week or so but that is because I had got sick and didn't feel up to blogging. I've been better now and today I did a fall nail design.
Here is what I used

Used: Jesse's Girl Stiletto, Essence Walk of Fame, Jordana Orangesicle and Circus Somersault.
Fall Leopard Nails
I don't know about you all but I am gladly welcoming fall!! I'm not a summer person and can't stand the heat, so I am ready for some cooler temps. Since it's officially fall its time to get those fall color mani's out! This weeks "Nail of the Week" (N.O.T.W.) was my first attempt at doing a leopard print :)
Keeping It Simple
This week I had wanted to do a really cute manicure but just wasn't feeling it this weekend and because of that I did a french tip manicure.

Sorry didn't really get to clean it up that much.

N.O.T.W. Out Of This World
I'm so excited to finally have this type of nail design!!! As soon as I saw these galaxy nail designs I just feel in love with them! I just haven't had to change to give a try because it looked so hard, but thankfully I came across a blog call Polish and Pearls which had an each tutorial on how to create this awesome design!!!! Here is the page that will take you directly to the tutorial page: How To: Galaxy Nails!!! Now to share how my galaxy nails came out....

Glamorous Audrey & August's Nail Mani's
First I want to share with you this weeks mani which I called it Glamorous Audrey simply because I used lots of glitter :)

N.O.T.W. Pink & Yellow
Since I had received such a pretty yellow in my MyGlam I wanted to a very summery nail look. Here is what I used this week

N.O.T.W. - Fireworks
Finally I have a nail post for you all!!! Yay!!! I still haven't gone out to buy my favorite top coat but I was in the mood to do a nail design. As most of you do not know besides Christmas being my #1 holiday, 4th of July is right behind it. I've always loved this holiday as a kid and still love it as an adult. Its just something about these two holidays that just make me feel like a kid again. I just love fireworks, the bbq's and even the smell that the fireworks leave. For this design I knew what I wanted and what I had in mind but I just didn't know how to do it, so I googled it.
Pink Techno N.O.T.W

N.O.T.W.
Hello beauties, hope you all looking forward to this long weekend! Mine started today and I'm going to enjoy my 4 day weekend :) Wanted to do a quick nail of the week (maybe) post for you all.

French Tutu Manicure- N.O.T.W.
Before I show you my nail of the week, I wanted to share with you what I picked up at Big Lots yesterday.

N.O.T.W.- Zebra Drizzle
Here is another nail design that I wanted to try out that I've seen on facebook. It looks like drizzled nail polish and very cute. I used Sinful Colors Fusion Neon for the tips and Bikini for the nail and Art Deco's Pink for the line under Fusion Neon.
Here are the steps:

Here are the steps:
N.O.T.W- OPI Pink Friday and Save Me
I've been really trying to see what nail designs I can do with the Save Me polish because in my opinion its pretty hard to work with. It's a very pretty string holographic glitter polish and it tends to get very chunky. Here is a simple design I did for my Nail of the Week.

N.O.T.W- Glitter & Black
I had came across this certain manicure that I've been wanting to try out. You need striping tape but since I didn't have that I had to use an alternative which made the design come out a bit wider.

Items Used
Finger Paints- Black Expressionism
OPI-Save Me
Seche Vite
Duck Tape, since this was the only type I have.
N.O.T.W- OPI Tickle My France-y
This week I'll be sporting a simple mani with OPI Tickle My France-y. I wanted to do something different but since the yellow in my nails from my St Patty's Day mani is still fading out I wasn't able to do it. I do love this color though, its such a pretty nudish pink.

For Audrey Polka Dot Tips
Now that Easter will be over, I wanted to continue with a spring nail design. Since I was busy building something today that I hope to later post during the week, I wanted to do a simple N.O.T.W. design. I used China Glaze For Audrey and Jordana White nail polish.

Purple Diamonds and Stars
Quick N.O.T.W.

Used
Jordana Silky Purple
Sinful Colors Purple Diamond
Nabi Muti Star Glitter

Simple St Patrick's Day Nails
Looking for a simple St Patrick's Day nail design? Since I own nothing green, I wanted to do a simple St. Patrick's Day nail design to show a bit of spirit. Here is what I used:
Solid Color: Sinful Colors - HD Nails (sheer color so did 4-5 coats)
Tip (ring finger): Finger Paints - Black Expressionism
Glitter: Sinful Colors - Call You Later
Rainbow (left to right): Jordana - Orangesicle
Jordana - Electric Blue
Jordana - Silky Purple
L.A. Colors Art Deco - Yellow
Sinful Colors - Mint Apple
Top Coat: Seche Vite
And for the design....
And for the design....
NOTW- Blue on Blue & Reaching 30
I'm calling this post Nail of the Week because I don't do my nails every few days, I only do them on the weekends. I'm sure many of you have seen manicures like this before, but for me its something new I tried on my nails. I wanted something a bit different than just keeping a solid shade for work. What I used was OPI in I Have a Herring Problem for the full nail and then used China Glaze Electric Beat for the tips. Here is the outcome of my Blue on Blue manicure for this week.

I really wish I had more of steady hand for this type of manicure, but I tried my best. Should done something more with it like put dots on the tips or something. Anyways what do you think?
