Hello Beauties! I've heard so my hype about the Colour Pop Ultra Matte Lips that I had to check it out for myself. Colour Pop offers a range of beautiful colors and there so many that I liked but I only bought 3 too see if it was worth it.

Wow I haven't done a Julep post in a very long time and that's only because I skip every month, but I forgot to skip this month. I have to say that I really liked what I received in this months box.

IMATS LA 2012

Wow I can't believe how fast IMATS just came and went for me. I had went to IMATS yesterday with my cousin and her little girl and it was so much fun. We had got there around 7:45, about 45 mins before the doors open. When we had got there the line was already wrapping around the building but even though it was we weren't that far behind from the beginning of it. So anyways after all the line waiting, make that 2 line waitings, we finally got it! My cousin and I already had it planned it out what we wanted and where we wanted to go and where the booths were located. Since we had got there so early the isles weren't even crowded so we were able to get in and get out. One thing I did notice was that once the crowd got bigger it still wasn't as bad as last year, and this year's Saturday even sold out.

Gifts and Winner Annoucement!!

On Thursday when my husband picked me up from work he gave me a package that came in the mail from my cousin. I knew she was mailing me some stuff but I just didn't know when I was going to get it. I wanted to share with you what she got me. There's going to be a few pictures posted with swatches and the winner video announcement in this post.

Mini Haul

Made another trip to visit my parents this weekend and my cousin and I went to this Dollar General. I found a lot of nail stuff and makeup stuff there and picked up the nail gems, NYX lip gloss and Red Cherry lashes. I Also stopped by Target and bought two new Elf Matte Lip Colors.

Dollar Tree & Rite Aid Goodies

The other day I had stopped by the Dollar Tree and saw they had carried L.A. Colors cosmetics. I've seen them there before and have even bought one of their 12 pan palettes and a 6 pan palettes, but when I saw these 3 eye shadow palettes I just had to buy them. From the package the colors look very vibrant. I've seen two other girls on twitter talk about how the pigment is pretty good for only $1. So I decided to buy 4 of them, I figure if they aren't that pigmented then I only wasted $1 on each of them. Here is what I bought...

NYX Swatches

Since I only bought 3 NYX items I figured I would do a swatch post. I absolutely love the NYX Mega Shine Lipgloss! They are pretty much true to color and they formula is just perfect for me, not to thin and not to thick.


The Mosaic Powder is very smooth and velvety. I noticed when I do use this blush it actually last all day long and does not seem to really fade.


Besides the swatches I wanted to know if anyone knows of a cheaper dup the for Stila Smudge Stick eyeliners? Or do you know of any good smudge proof eyeliners and are drug store brands?
